At present many people is not good healthy because they do hard work and air pollution from manycars. There are three ways that be good healthy include to foods , exercise and relaxation. Many people think that food is not important but the true is food is important to your body. If you eat good food , you will be healthy. If you eat jung food , you will be not healthy. In addition to foods , you should exercise for strong healthy. You can run , walk in park, swim and anything else that you want to do. Thereare many ways to exercise that you can chose to do. If you not exercise , you will be fat and you will be ill.To relax , it is the way that help to be healthy. When you do work hard or study hard you can relax to anuwhere. You can go to travel to somewhere that you want. For example , the beaches , waterfalls , jungle or your home. You can sleep in your home and enongh to relax for your body. You should go to bed midnight before because you must to sleep for at least eight hours. In conclusion , if you follow to the three ways , you will be healthy. Amazing Mu Kho Angthong National Park

Mo Kho Angthong National Park is a wonderful place of Thailand.It's located near Kho Samui, Suratthani.Background of Mu kho Angthong,it was designated the 21th national park of Thailand on November 12,1980 and covers an are of 102 km.Eighty-two percent of area is marine.The park consist of fourty-two island,mostly high steep limestone mountain,line up from north to south.It's beautiful,strange-looking,and unique scenery.Many people is well-know and popular tourist destination since days long past.

Main Tourist Attractions and Interesting Activities

Kho Wua Talap The largest island of Mu Ko Angthong. The park's HQ is located on Ao Kha a white-powdered beach shaded by coconut palms. The beach is suitable for swimming and is an excellent spot to view the sunrise. From the beach , there is a trail to Bua Bok Cave with interesting stalactites and stalagmites. There are bungalows and campaites on the island.

Ko Wua Talap Viewpoint is the top destination of travellers to Mu Ko Angthong. It is one of the most execllent viewpoints in Thailand. However, when climbing up one must be very careful as the limestone is rather sharp. The trail is about 450 m. in length but takes almost an hour to complete. When there , the scenic panorama of scattered limestone islands will help you forget your exhaustion.

Talay Nai ( Inner Sea ) Located in Ko Mae Ko , Talay Nai is a sink - hole' lagoon 200 m. wide and 250 m. long. It has emerald green water totally surrounded by limestone bluffs , connected to the sea only by an underwayer tunnel. It is presumed that sinkholes form when land collapses into underground tunnels and cave systems. The boat from Ko Wua - talap takes 15 min. and drops you at steps and trails , which lead up to several viewpoints.

Ko Saamsao A large island with a fantastic , naturally sculptured stone bridge curving out into the sea. Also found are some beautiful coral reefs good for snorkelling.

Ko Tai Plaow , Ko Wua Kantang , and KoHin Dap. Located to the north of the park , they there are many nice beaches with some coral. Ko Hin Dap has the longest beach in the park.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

There are daily ferry services from Bo Pud Pier and NaaThorn Pier on Ko Samui to Ma Ko Ang Thong leaving at 8:00 a.m. and arriving in Ko samui at 05:30 p.m. It is about 35 km. The best time to visit is beteeen February and May.

From the mainland to Ko samui , you may choose between the speedboat which leaves from Pak Nam Pier , or the normal ferry from Baan Don Pier, both in SuratthaniProvince.
