How to be Healthy

At present many people is not good healthy because they do hard work and air pollution from manycars. There are three ways that be good healthy include to foods , exercise and relaxation. Many people think that food is not important but the true is food is important to your body. If you eat good food , you will be healthy. If you eat jung food , you will be not healthy. In addition to foods , you should exercise for strong healthy. You can run , walk in park, swim and anything else that you want to do. Thereare many ways to exercise that you can chose to do. If you not exercise , you will be fat and you will be ill.To relax , it is the way that help to be healthy. When you do work hard or study hard you can relax to anuwhere. You can go to travel to somewhere that you want. For example , the beaches , waterfalls , jungle or your home. You can sleep in your home and enongh to relax for your body. You should go to bed midnight before because you must to sleep for at least eight hours. In conclusion , if you follow to the three ways , you will be healthy. It is simple ways that everybody should do it. It can help you to be good healthy.
